I wanted to write to you to let you know how very pleased I was with your assistance in selling our Westin Kaanapali North timeshare. When we decided to sell, I asked Westin about resale information. They had no real guidance to offer. I was very disappointed. I then embarked on a 6 month search for a reputable sales method. There are many scam type outfits that want money up front to list with hundreds of others on websites. This was not a very promising way to go. I was very happy to finally find your Real Estate business. I appreciated the fact that you handled our listing as any normal Real Property listing. We paid you a commission, after you had sold our timeshare. You were able to sell it within a couple of months, for a fair price. Your complete service was very professional and I would highly recommend you to any wanting to sell a timeshare.
