Offers are presented in writing. Once Seller and Buyer agree on the price and terms of the sale, escrow will be opened. All funds are held by a licensed closing escrow agent, in a trust account until the closing, at which time the closing agent will disburse the funds and you will receive a free and marketable title. The Title Search and Escrow process is similar to buying a home and takes approximately 30 – 60 days.
The closing agent will also handle the transfer of any documents in compliance with the resort and association requirements and notify the resort management company of the change of ownership.
