Procedure you will experience when buying a timeshare resale
with Advantage Vacation.
- Submit the name of the resort, hotel, vacation club, RCI points or vacation Clubpoints you wish to buy and the purchase offer price, along with your full name(s) address and phone number(s).
- You will receive a Purchase Offer Deposit to sign.
- 3. In a case where Advantage Vacation is not representing the seller directly, Advantage Vacation will submit your offer to the listing agent of the timeshare resort, hotel, vacation club, RCI points or vacation Clubpoints for sale.
- Advantage Vacation will present your offer to purchase a
timeshare resale to the Seller.
- Once Seller and Buyer agree on the price and terms of the
sale, escrow will be opened. All funds are held in a trust
account until the closing, at which time the licensed escrow
closing agent will disburse the funds and you will receive
a free and unencumbered title. *Note:* The Title Search and
Escrow process is similar to buying a home and takes approximately
30 – 60 days.
- 6. The closing agent will also handle the transfer of any documents in compliance with the resort and association requirements and notify the resort, hotel or vacation club of the change of ownership. Some time-shares are full ownership and some timeshares are leases, thus transferable benefits of some resales may vary.
- Once the transfer of documents is completed, you will have
all the rights, benefits and privileges to enjoy your new vacation
timeshare ownership!
Most importantly, our licensed professionals want to
ensure that you are a well informed and educated buyer of a

step of the way to assist and answer any questions you may have – before,
during and after your transaction is closed.
We will not however, be with you, on your VACATION!
